Nestled between the golden sands of Frankston Beach and the calm waters of Kananook Creek, this sun-filled retreat is perfect for families and groups seeking a peaceful escape just minutes from the town centre. The home’s classic coastal façade opens to a bright upper level, where oversized lounges and a wood-burning fireplace create a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Play a game of foosball or curl up with a book while someone prepares a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances, a Nespresso machine, and a breakfast bar—everything needed for easy home-style cooking.

Downstairs, a second living area offers a cosy corner with a leather sofa and another fireplace. Glass doors lead to the leafy back patio, where a long timber dining table invites alfresco meals. After a beach day, rinse off in the outdoor shower, fire up the BBQ, and settle into the laid-back rhythm of garden life. Beyond the patio, your private jetty overlooks Kananook Creek—an ideal spot for spotting native birdlife.

Bedrooms are thoughtfully positioned throughout for a restful stay. The primary queen suite features direct balcony access and an ensuite. A second queen bedroom, accessed externally from the balcony, offers added privacy and garden views. Two additional bedrooms, each fitted with two single beds, provide flexible options for families or groups. The main bathroom includes a large vanity, a full bathtub, a shower, and a separate toilet. A private laundry with a washer and dryer, plus a nearby powder room, adds convenience for longer stays.

A dedicated home office features a desk, ergonomic chair, monitor, and sofa, creating a comfortable setup for remote days. Secure parking includes a double garage and two driveway spaces. Comfort is assured year-round with split-system air conditioning in both living areas, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, and central heating throughout—except for the external bedroom, which has a portable fan and heater. Please note, the jetty may be unstable—warning signs are clearly posted on the fence, and further details can be found in the house rules.
