Horrible from the get go. Paid my full amout a whole month early and that whole month up until 2 days before the stay they claimed they didnt recieve the over2k i sent then only 'found' it when i said ill have to call my bank for a charge back.Asked for another 1k when i was a few hours away from the property very shady i didnt pay it not that it was even listed anywhere that i was required to.House in in a flood plane and its VERY evident it has been flooded a whole bunch of times and badly. Whole bottom floor is full of water damage and is very dirty and gross. Broken kitchen utensilsBins were completely full so we couldnt use them the whole 4 days with 7 people over a busy weekend we had a lot of rubish.Couldnt use the back yard at all as the leaves were engolfing the entire deck and yard we couldnt open the back door without them piling inside. and the grass was very overgrown so the kids played in the EXTREMELY steep driveway so we had to be watching them 247.Water damage to the entire house including the upstairs carpet being damp. Lots and lots of moisture absorbers all over the house due to the amount of flooding and water damage.No plug for the main bath- we ended up finding the lid of a depdorant cap that was left by previous guests or the home owners which was gross as that makes it clear it is not cleaned. Clothing found under one of the beds which also shows it was not cleaned. My guests left a day early due to this because they didnt want to stay longer.
