This beautifully-appointed property boasts four spacious bedrooms tailored to suit all types of guest configurations. Wake up to picturesque views that capture the morning sun or wind down as sunsets bathe the rooms. Each room maintains the perfect balance of style, and comfort, with plush beds guaranteeing restful nights, including the comfort of silk eye masks for the downstairs bedrooms.

Bedroom Configuration: Sleeps up to 10 guests across 4 bedrooms (maximum 8 adults). Linen inclusive.

Bedroom 1: D/S: 1 x King Master Bedroom + ensuite
Bedroom 2: U/S: 1 x King Bed + ensuite
Bedroom 3: U/S: 1 x Queen Bed
Bedroom 4: U/S: 2 x King Single Beds or 1 King bed

Downstairs Loungeroom: Double sofa bed can be made up upon request for an additional adult or 2 children (sleeps 1 adult or 2 children). This room has curtains and a door.

The unique tapestry of Red Hill's vineyards, restaurants and local artisan shops provide an array of engaging activities during your memorable stay. We absolutely recommend a visit to Foxey’s Winery in Red Hill for their great wine and food, along with Millers Bread Kitchen for delicious cakes and coffee!

Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided and included in the price.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones


Well behaved pet welcome but not on furniture or beds and all traces of pet need to be cleaned up prior to departure. Extra charges apply if this is not done.
