• The maximum number of guests is as stated in the listing. Additional guests or visitors require prior notification and approval.
• Violations of these rules may result in additional charges and other necessary consequences.

★ Check-In/Check-Out
• Check-in details will be provided once your stay is confirmed.
• Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Late check-out requests can be accommodated depending on availability.

The bus stop is at your doorstep and the train station is only a 5-minute walk. The freeway is 2 mins drive providing quick access to the Monash freeway.
