This beautiful holiday home, with 5 recently furnished top-modern apartments for 4-6 persons, is located in a quiet residential area with no through traffic, on the southeastern edge of Medulin, one of the most popular holiday resorts of Istria and Croatia. Medulin is located about 9 km south of Pula , on the southernmost tip of the peninsula of Istria. The promenade with numerous restaurants, cafes and shops, it is only a short walk. The child-friendly, flat in the sea sloping, sandy beach BIJECA is just 500 m, which are covered on foot in 5 minutes.

The modern 3-storey holiday home offers 5 stylishly furnished 3 * apartments. 3 apartments each have 2 separate bedrooms and are suitable for 4 + 1 persons, two other apartments each offer 1 separate bedroom and are therefore only suitable for 2 + 2 persons. The 700m ² outdoor area with garden and private parking for up to 5 cars (each apartment ONLY 1 parking!) Is well maintained and is available to guests of the house. Large and small pets are out of consideration for other guests unfortunately not allowed. All apartments have a well-equipped terrace, Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV and air conditioning.

A supermarket and restaurants are nearby. All other tourist facilities are in walking distance, max. 500-1000m away. If you decide to spend a holiday in this house, it will surely remain in your memory and you will definitely come back!
