Quietly situated on a residential street in the historic town of Premantura, this is the ideal base to explore the Kamenjak Peninsula and is only an 8-minute walk from the local beach. Much of the surrounding area is a natural park and known for its rugged coastline, crystal-clear waters and diverse flora and fauna.

Inside, this bright and airy first-floor apartment enjoys a spacious open-plan living space that opens onto a small terrace with an alfresco dining area looking out over the inner courtyard. The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen satellite TV and a dining table. This area also incorporates an open fully equipped kitchen which is fitted with; an induction hob, an oven, a coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and a fridge freezer.

Location

The property is located in Premantura, a small town situated at the southernmost tip of the Istrian Peninsula in Croatia, an area known for its natural beauty and beautiful coastal landscapes. Guests will find numerous beaches dotted along the coast, each with its own unique character, popular destinations include; Draga Beach (a 2-minute drive/8-minute walk), Munte Beach (5-minute drive/ 17-minute walk), Beach Školjić (a 10-minute drive) and Beach Lokva (an 8-minute drive). Here visitors will find facilities for beach volleyball, sailing, surfing, water skiing, canoeing and kite surfing.

Hikers will enjoy the numerous trails along the coastline and within the nature reserve including; the Cliffs & Caves of Kamenjak trail (a 20-minute drive). There are also many cycling paths and visitors can find bicycles and mountain bikes for hire nearby.

Other popular excursions include a visit to the historic town of Porec (a 56-minute drive) or a trip to the coastal town of Pula known for its Roman Amphitheatre and historic old town (a 20-minute drive).

For family fun, the Aquapark Istralandia Waterpark is a 55-minute drive away and the Sky Fox Adrenaline Park is a 57-minute drive away. The apartment building also has a children\'s playground.
