« It was a beautiful stay staff were super helpful and accommodating The room was beautiful and clean great for one night »

« We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, well maintained, and well equipped. The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from Riva’s historic old town, so everything is easily accessible on foot. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to...

« Family run Guest house with care. »

« Very modern and clean property with friendly and attentive staff close to the center of town. »

« The location is excellent, right inside the old part of Khiva and close to the historical sites. Room is small and dirty, hairs all over the carpets. The beds are only covered with a fitted sheet. For a blanket you remove a white blanket from the cupboard and put that on the bed with no top sheet. The blanket does not seem to be washed in between guests and it smells and has hairs and particles on it. Very unpleasant. The breakfast is ok if you arrive early, as soon as it opens. If you leave it...

« staff very friendly »

« Hotel has ancient charm. Staff at front desk and in kitchen very friendly. »

« Though I checked in late at night, I was surprised to see the south gate so close to my window in the following morning. Due to lack of English signs in general in Khiva, I still got lost to some extent. But the clear location of this hotel somehow helped me go back to the hotel after the tour. »

« From the outside, it's a hole in the wall. Once inside, it's just plain comfortable. Everything works, Mom smiles and feed you like her son. You don't really want to leave. »

« Breakfast was well prepared, staff members were helpful. »

« Very good hotel and conveniently located - within minutes of the central area and many restaurants and cafes to choose from. The TV did not work but why would you want it to. The temperature control was perfect, room dark at night. My only issue was that unless asked they would not take garbage out or clean room. I was there for 3 nights. The breakfast isnt until 8am which seemed late to me and the quality was so so. »

« The one thing this hotel has going for it is proximity to the train station, so it's very convenient for catching an early morning train. Otherwise, it advertises more than it offers. The promised city view was a window looking out onto the wall of the next door building, the hot water heater to make tea was broken, and the a/c was weak. There was no sign of any spa or other amenities. »
