'Adult toys left for everyone to see in the hallways. Exterior doors never locked so anyone could walk through at anytime. Dirty pool and hot tub. Bed was horrible, shot, felt worse than anything I’ve ever slept on. I don’t know how often they buy news one but this one has been in that room for at least 10 years too long. Horrible experience…'

'This was the worst room I've stayed in for a very long time. There was a large hole in the carpet and the air conditioner made the room smell musty. It was so bad I left after the first night of what was supposed to be a two night stay. I'll never stay at a LaQuinta again!'

'Upon arrival I could tell they are doing work on this property which is much needed. That’s a plus! The downside, the staff were quite unprofessional sitting behind a front desk in rolling chairs while guests are standing behind a counter. It took them about 10 minutes to check in the person in front of me which seemed really long. The guest was frustrated by the lack of an elevator and asked for help with luggage which they declined. 'The hotel property and our room was looking run-down and shabby. It’s obvious that things like carpets, walls, trim, elevators, etc. have not been kept up. Our room smelled kind of musty, the carpets had stains, and there were some stains on the bathroom wall. The run-down nature of the hotel just makes it look not clean and not appealing. Some front desk staff are great - others are not very attentive and make you feel like it’s a chore to help you. There are no luggage carts to help haul stuff...
