'I knew this rental was near a state road but there was a lot of traffic noise both day & night. There's nothing to be remedied about traffic. It is what it is! The home had 2 bedrooms which was great and the beds were very comfy. That makes this rental very family friendly. We had no issues getting into the home. There was no need to contact the host. Cleanliness wasn't the best but I'm a neat freak. We enjoyed our stay!!'

'There were significant shortcomings for which we requested a partial refund - but have heard nothing, not even an apology. The gas fireplace, which was a crucial part of our decision to rent this property, was not functional. One double bed had no sheets at all, the other had only a bottom sheet, requiring the sleeper to use the blanket as a top sheet. The host's "solution" was to have the housekeeper hang a bag with a sheet on the front door handle the next day. There were minor omissions...
