'Een mooi klein hotelletje waar het personeel alles doet om het je naar de zin te maken. Niets was te veel. Het bijbehorende restaurant George vond ik veel te duur. Als je van een wijntje houdt, adviseer ik dat niet in het hotel te kopen maar zelf wat mee te nemen. Als ik terugkom in Toronto ga ik beslist hier weer naar toe. 'Schone nieuwe kamers met goede bedden. Hadden een rustige kamer. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam met de simpele dingen zoals het helpen met koffers of het openhouden van de liftdeuren. Prima ligging in de stad. Zeker een aanrader.'

'Slightly dated hotel. Good overall quality. There is a $30 additional (compulsory but hidden)fee to use the amenities to be paid at check-in. Why a 5* hotel with these prices needs to do this is truely puzzling…'

'The rooms were nice and the electronic modern features were nice. However, the major massive oversight on this property was that they traded beauty and style for comfort with mattresses was good but the frame of the bed itself when you move it creeks significantly. This is a huge oversight on the company and I brought it to the attention of the management. They said they did what they could to fix it, but it really wasn’t fixed and at every movement over the night by you could hear your partner...

'Room was beautiful. Unfortunately the roof terrace was a small area where you could only bring your own drinks. Staff was often chatting with each other and not focused on the client. '
