'This was our second time staying at the Omni King Edward. Overall it’s a pleasant stay, the staff is very welcoming and friendly. When we arrived in the room the AC was broken, it was on constantly, pretty loud and it didn’t cool all that much. Based on the state of the room, it was clear someone had been trying to fix it but didn’t fix it in time. 'Lovely boutique luxury hotel. Gorgeous room with awesome views over Lake Ontario. The service was great; such a shame that there is nowhere in the hotel to eat lunch unless you want room service.'

'The pod itself was clean, although it was clear the TV isn’t wiped often. The common areas are well maintained, especially the kitchen. Useful little study rooms, comfy couches and big enough fridge for people to put their food (labelled). I think the women’s shower room could really be improved as it is extremely small and although there are two showers, there is no way 2 people can squeeze in with their stuff and shower at the same time. 'Revery is such a cute hotel. We loved the little touches everywhere. The location can’t be beat. It’s just steps away from the restaurants, bars, and shopping in the heart of Toronto. Every member of the staff were friendly and helpful. Great stay.'

'Bed was erg goed, veel ruimte en alles wat je nodig hebt in een stad. Rustig hotel toen wij er waren, weinig lawaai van de straat.'

'Ik heb een heel fijn verblijf gehad in Chelsea hotel. Personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Dagelijkse schoonmaak en flesjes water en cupjes nespresso cafe. Weinig geluidsoverlast gehad van de bouw tegenover het hotel. Bedden lagen heerlijk.'

'Simple, but great big room'

'Fijn hotel voor een citytrip. De locatie was top. Wij hebben hiervandaan veel lopend gedaan. Ontbijtbuffet was klein, maar netjes en vers. Wel weer zonde dat de warme gerechten, niet echt warm waren, eerder tegen het lauwe aan. Alle warme gerechten lagen in warmhoudpannen. Ook was er niet elke dag pancake of frenchtoast aanwezig. Wij hadden een gerenoveerde kamer.Met twee goede aparte bedden. Wel misetn wij licht op de kamer. Er waren 3 schemerlampen, die je allen met de hand aan en uit moet...

'The room was clean, but extremely outdated - there were not enough outlets on both sides of the bed and one of us had to use the outlet on the other side of the room or share the same outlet on one side of the bed. The bathroom was also outdated with tiles re-fixed many times in certain areas with different color caulk and tools so it made it look badly done. The shower water sprayed everywhere but on your body and there was no other setting to change to. Also the stall door kept dripping water...

'We stayed in The Anndore House for the 8th time. And again we felt very welcome and at home! We were upgraded to a corner room. We really liked having extra seating space and a coffee machine. We will book at The Anndore House again in the spring!'
