Entertainment



The basement is your after-dinner hangout. Rack up a game on the full pool table - complete with all balls, four cue sticks with tips intact, chalk, and the triangle - while the 55" TV sets the mood. The wood-burning fireplace down here makes late-night games feel especially good.



Kitchen & Dining



The kitchen is genuinely well-stocked for a cabin this size. You will find a coffee maker, blender, crockpot, toaster, and mixer alongside a full set of pots, pans, baking dishes, and mixing bowls. There is a full-size refrigerator with working ice and water dispenser, a dishwasher, and a garbage disposal. Plates, mugs, juice glasses, wine glasses, and cutlery are provided for every guest. Grilling utensils are stocked and ready to use with the propane grill outside.



Technology



Two TVs with streaming capabilities are set up on each level - a 50" in the main floor living room and a 55" in the basement. WiFi is provided through Xfinity, with equipment in the living room.



Laundry



A full washer and dryer are available on site, making extended stays easy and comfortable.



Outdoor



Step out the back of the house and the fire pit is waiting in the yard - perfect for s'mores, stargazing, and good conversation. A fully working propane grill is available. Propane refills are the guest's responsibility. The private pond is just steps away for a peaceful morning of fishing with nothing but birdsong for company.

Fishing in the private pond is available exclusively to guests staying at Gleanings Pond. Grab a line, slow down, and enjoy one of the most peaceful perks this property has to offer.



Guest Access:

Check-in is self-guided and simple. The lockbox is located at the front porch by the main door, so you can arrive on your own schedule. The paved driveway accommodates up to 3 vehicles and also has space for an RV. GPS directions to the property work without issues. The host is available if you need anything during your stay.

Other Things to Note:

★ Pets are welcome - no need to leave anyone behind (Max of 2 dogs. There is a $75 per pet fee)

★ The property has 4 stairs to the main entrance and 13 stairs to the basement - not fully accessible for guests with limited mobility

★ Baby gate is available for families traveling with young children

★ 4-wheel drive is recommended for road conditions in the area during certain seasons

★ No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas such as the yard, balcony, or patio. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees.

★ HOA rules, if any, will be shared by the host - check with them prior to arrival
