« The room smelled and there were stains on walls. Staff allowed me to see the room before committing. The chemicals used burned my sinuses and affected my breathing. Left and was told I would not be billed. That means you have my money. I requested a refund through the chat and was led to believe I would get a response within 24 hours. You failed! Will not use you again. And will tell it on social media outlets as well as everyone I know. No thank you. »

« It was clean, the staff was friendly but unfortunately they advertise queen beds when in reality they are actually double mattresses on a queen platform. Another patron said the same thing. With that said, it wasn’t great sleep with my wife and I and our boys in the other bed. I’d definitely think twice before staying at a Tru Hilton. « Parking was easy. I hadn't been in a Holiday Inn Express in years, but if this one is any indication of how they operate I will definitely stay again. Everything was great from the upgraded breakfast, cleanliness, and decor. »

« This place has to be fictitiously fixing their reviews. There is no way they could honestly have a 4.8 rating on Expedia. It is a dump. Front end staff was eating at desk as I arrived. Downgraded me to two queen beds wo asking, after advising me I booked a smoking room king instead of a non smoking king. Told me it was gonna be more money to switch to a non smoking king. I did reluctantly cause I wanted a king. Had to return back to desk 3 times cause keys didn’t work. Room needed updating, ...
