'This is the third Cambria location I’ve stayed at, and they’ve never disappointed! The hotel was nice, new, and clean. All of the staff was very kind and made sure I had everything I needed. Shuttle drivers Shannon and Roy were very nice! I was even able to reserve a ride to the airport about an hour in advance. Pickup from the airport upon arrival was quick too, but it depends on your terminal. Overall a great experience. Would stay here again!'

'Spider in the room, no shuttle before 6am, impossible to get picked up from the airport, desk clerk could not handle a phone call to even say that the shuttle would not pick up at the airport, desk clerk put me on hold for ages and never got back to me, desk clerk was incompetent, staffing is obviously an issue. 'The hotel is very conveniently located at Terminal D of DFW, which makes it extremely practical for travelers. However, my experience late at night was disappointing. I arrived at 10:15 pm and the main restaurant was already closed, with only the bar open. There was no 24-hour full menu service, only a very limited late-night menu that was both unappealing and overpriced. For a Grand Hyatt, and especially for an airport hotel where guests arrive at all hours, this is a significant gap. This is...

'The breakfast was ok, eggs were not very hot and the coffee did not taste the same on the second day. I can understand not fully cleaning the room two days in a row but there shunould have been hand soap in the room and towels should have been replenished on a daily basis. We like staying at Hampton Inns when we travel but this one needs more attention to detail.'
