« This hotel feels fresh and modern after its recent updates, and the staff truly make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The rooms are spotless with beautiful new fixtures, and the team goes out of their way to help with recommendations and local requests, making our stay smooth and stress-free »

« Check in was easy as was check out. Very friendly staff. Room was well maintained albeit old. Bed was very comfortable. Meals aren’t available at the motel but there are a heap of good eateries nearby, around a two minute walk. Great place to rest up after a long drive from Tenterfield. »

« Even though the property has recently been renovated it is still fairly "old age". Some parts of the internal layout are not very functional. Good for a short stay. »

« We loved the place except the tradies working below started making noise around 7am and went through until 4pm could not stay at the property threw the day too long as too much noise. Which was disappointing as it it a fantastic place. »

« Hôtel propre, refait certainement récemment. Calme, literie confortable. »

« Very great ! »

« A great place to stay. The proprietor was exceptionally friendly and very helpful. The location is brilliant too. Close to everything, but just far enough away to be 'quiet'. Will definitely return to Bella Villa! »

« The room was comfortable. the only issues were our window didn’t close all the way so the sounds outside from other guests were a bit louder & noisier and we found an empty beer bottle kicked under the bed along with tissues from the previous guests that wasn’t cleaned up . Other than that the staff were kind and helpful , the pool was nice too. »
