**Due to remodeling and maintenance, the swimming pool is closed from January 8th to 19th.

Guest access

Once your reservation has been confirmed, please send us a copy or photograph of the official identification of each of the guests who will be staying in the apartment.

This requirement is essential in order to provide you with the access and entrance information to the apartment, this way it will be easier for you to enter the apartment.

Other highlights

During your stay, we provide wifi, smart TV, bed linen, bath towels and some basic courtesy items during your stay such as toilet paper, soap, shower gel and shampoo. Please note that these items are not replenished. When we run out of the items we provide, you will need to purchase more if you need them.



To ensure that your arrival is comfortable, our check-in hours are set from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. During this period, our friendly staff will be waiting to welcome you and provide you with the keys to your accommodations.
