'This rental is cozy. There were 4 adults in our family group. It worked well for the 4 of us. 1 bathroom made us be patient with each other, but for us this was not a problem. The house was exceptionally clean, check-in was easy. We were able to park 2 cars. If you have large vehicles this might be a problem, The kitchen was very practical and well stocked. 'Cute homey apartment that had everything I needed and was a quick drive or uber ride to campus to meet with my son at UTK. I plan to stay again as our son navigates the next four years. Loved having K brew and a smoothie bowl place close. I also ran and felt perfectly safe. Recommend, if you are looking for a place north of campus.'

'It is a lovely dated home. We felt comfortable in our stay. It is situated between two curves so pulling in and out with a truck and trailer is a bit difficult as cars fly on that road. Other then that it had everything we needed for our short visit to town'

The host was helpful and friendly. She allowed us to arrive early so we could drop our car and Uber out. There was some confusion about how many guests we had.
