The pool was chilly and the hot tub was luke warm which is the way the Filipinos like it. The food in the cafe was delicious. I especially recommend the tomato soup. 'Beautiful scenic location high in mountain next to the forests. Listening to the insects especially at night is amazing, something you don’t experience living in the city. The restaurant serves excellent food and the staff here is welcoming and friendly. A visit to Tala River right below the hotels entrance is a must. The river is calm and soothing and the water is crystal clear. You are surrounded by a forest with no noise except from nature.'

'We checked-in here at Brizo Hotel and Beach Resort in Morong Bataan for Dec 3-4, 2022 (saturday-sunday), we were only informed that the pool is not available when we got to the property. We hoped that we were at least informed in advance regarding the situation as we should have made changes to our plans prior to travelling all the way to the property. 'The lady at the desk was very friendly she's doing her job very good..👍 But this hotel is way way to expansive for the service the order( none) hotelroom situated at the thirth floor.. no aircon and elevator available in the hallway, only at the groundfloor( so very hot and no fans other floors) in the room a balcony and see view😒1 m wide door opened with alot of force..try closing it almost fell out cabinet drawer broken and garbage inside and almost no water coming out the shower..beach...

'Hotel is gedateerd, het heeft gewoon een update nodig. Geen waterdruk bij douchen, bijna geen water bij de wastafel. Airco houdt de hele buurt wakker (veel lawaai). Vliegjes op de kamer .. heel erg vervelend. Maar locatie en personeel maken veel goed. De restaurant is fantastisch. Maar volgende keer toch de Wild Orchid nemen 200 meter verderop'

'The staff were friendly and always helpful although they should hire more staff. Staff should be checking rooms every other day for amenities. Breakfast was good though they should change the menu often. I don't like the flip-flops being retained. For hygenic purposes they should let the customers take it or have them replaced after each tenant's use.'
