« Staff at the gate didn’t help with our luggage when we arrived and it was a little disappointing. However, all the other staff we encountered are generally very friendly and courteous. The hotel has lovely view over TengWang pagoda and lovely views of the city in the evening. It’s about 10 minutes walk to the pagoda. Restaurant is a little over priced. »

« Je souhaitais me reposer dans un grand hôtel, j'étais très déçu car le personnel parlait pas anglais pas un seul mot (au niveau du lobby pour boire un verre) impossible de communiquer.
Comparé au Shangri-la Hong Kong, Bangkok et Kuala Lumpur. Cet hôtel n'est pas à la hauteur au niveau du service.
Le ménage dans les chambres est très approximatif.
Les toilettes étaient très sales.
