'The breakfast was fresh and had an array to choose from. Staff was unfriedly, be advised housekeeping is every other day. I asked for addition toeels and was met with an attitude. I also found 2 ands in the bed sheets. '

'The good: pool, hot tub, breakfast and comfy bed. The bad: The room itself wasn't super clean with a couple of pieces of trash on the floor. The shower had hair from previous stay on the walls. The bottle for conditioner was empty and smashed and the one for shampoo was completely missing. (Attatched pics) I told the front desk and they gave me 3 tint bottles of shampoo/conditioner mixed. 'Clean room, great breakfast, helpful staff, great amenities'

'Our room door would stick and was hard to open when we tried to go in and out. We had a chair in our room that was broken and I stopped at the front desk to let them know and they said it would get taken care of but no one came to give us a chair we could sit in. There was a sign saying they were going to replace the hallway carpet a month before we got there but it had not been changed and was loose and very easy to trip on. Their morning breakfast was outstanding and we enjoyed that very much...

'It is always such a joy to stay at the Holiday Inn Express Airport for dance competitions and unfortunately this was the last time that you will get to see this mama and her dancer as we graduated this year feel free to keep being awesome to all the dance competition venues that come there as it is extremely chaotic for these parents to deal with these dramatic children and you staff are Saints. 'The stay here was decent the staff was friendly but there we things that were lacking. Room cleaning was very poor. I had to call so many times and yet I'm my 5 day stay only 1 day was cleaned fully. I had to put our trash outside in the hallway just for it to be done. Noticed some of our items went missing as well which was very odd. Other than that everything was decent a 5/10 could have been better but not the worse.'

'The overall stay was a 4 out of 5. Room for improvement could be the cleanliness of the pool area and keeping it stocked with towels. My other complaint was the water pressure and temperature in the bathroom. The water was not very hot and the pressure left a little to be desired. You often had to wait for staff to come to the front desk as well.'
