The villa spans three floors. The first floor houses a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a lounge. The second floor has a spacious living room that opens onto a terrace with impressive views, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a separate toilet. Additionally, there are three modern bedrooms on the second floor, each with its own elegantly decorated bathroom. Guests can also enjoy the breathtaking sea view from the large terrace while having their morning coffee.

Located near the charming town of Opatija, Villa Deavista is surrounded by untouched nature and offers a stunning view of Kvarner Bay. The nearest beach is just 500 meters away, and the surrounding area provides everything needed for a relaxing vacation.
