The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including an oven, microwave, electric hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and a premium Neff coffee machine, perfect for slow mornings overlooking the hills. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area, creating a sociable space ideal for gathering and entertaining.

Just beyond, the living area offers a relaxed yet stylish setting, with a comfortable sofa, wall-mounted TV, and a centrally positioned log burner that brings warmth and character to the room. A pool table adds an extra element of fun, making this space equally suited to quiet evenings or lively nights in.

Bifold doors open out onto a balcony, where the elevated position truly comes into its own, offering stunning views across the surrounding landscape. A separate side door also provides access to an additional garden area, perfect for enjoying a bit of fresh air or a morning coffee outdoors.
