« Absolutely perfect! We had 2 boats that fit perfectly at the dock which is right out the back door. Theres even a fish cleaing station. The house is very welcoming and comfortable. Its close to some great local shops and not too far from the grocery store. We had an awesome family fishing weekend and hope to come back again! »

« The place was much bigger than expected and had a great layout. Clean… There were 9 of us and no one was cramped because of how spacious the place was. Plenty of bath and pool towels. Kitchen amenities were great, having a laundry room was a big plus. The pool and dock close together was nice for keeping an eye on the kiddos. Loved being able to pull into the garage for packing the cars up late at night and not have to fumble around in the dark. Called on an issues that was addressed right away,...

« The front door code lock worked when it wanted too. Forcing us to lock the front door and use the back door and walk around. Except when that door stopped working. Bugs found in the master bath in 2 different areas that we had to spray and wipe up. Yes, I understand its Florida but still. However the bed sheets were clean, lots of pillow choices, and towels to use. Property could use a refresh, its been beaten up a bit through the rentals but a good deal on price for what you receive. « Host was very welcoming and provided great communication. The home itself was clean and comfortable. The pool was fantastic and we loved being right on the canal, which we took full advantage of it for kayaking and paddle boarding. The only negatives were that the board games were more or less for show (very few had pieces parts remaining to be playable), and the kayaks, paddle boards, and bikes were usable, but not in the best condition.
