'Keurig hotel, vriendelijk personeel en schoon'

'Het was een totale verwennerij. Mooie en schone kamer, chocolademelk voor het koude weer, fles water zoveel als je wilt, popcorn, zoetigheid op de kamer. Beleefd en behulpzaam personeel van : portiers, schoonmaaksters, receptiemedewerkers. Onze dank hiervoor.'

'Good location for when you have a car. Better rates when combined with room rates. Garage super convenient below building. In-house dining and breakfast options available. Rooms spacious with good beds, solid airco and large bathroom. No noise from outside but inside is less soundproof. Uber to Boston common was 10-15 mins.'

'I really like staying here. Rooms were clean & upscale and very quiet. The hotel in convenient to harbor, conv center & great restaurants. Cocorico is an amazing coffee bar with pastries in lobby & the sports bar is large & lively. The staff is very friendly. '

'Bij aankomst in het hotel bleek er geen warm water te zijn. Volgende ochtend nog steeds niet. Na een lange dag reizen wil je bij aankomst in het hotel lekker kunnen douchen, en dat zat er niet in. Hierover geen bericht/excuus of compensatie gehad, terwijl de kamer aardig prijzig was voor de kleine ruimte. Warm water is toch wel een van de minimale eisen in een hotel! Personeel was verder wel vriendelijk. '

'De ligging is er mooi. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers zijn prima en voldoende groot maar erg gehorig. Als de buren de douchedeur dicht laten vallen trilt de hele kamer. Dit zou eenvoudig op te lossen zijn met twee nopjes per deur waardoor deze wat zachter dicht slaat. '
