'A wonderful stay at this charming and well-located property on the Cape. We used this as a base for our family for a week as part of a longer multi-stop New England/Toronto vacation and found it to be welcoming and homely. Overall it was a lovely stay and we would definitely recommend it and return! We especially enjoyed being on Jenkins Pond which is lovely for walks and swimming.A few minor points preventing a perfect score: cleanliness very good but not quite perfect, a previous guests...

'Cozy little Cape Cod cottage nestled in nice neighborhood minutes from bay Beach. Very clean, nice linens, everything you need insofar as kitchen needs. great Cape feel. Not luxurious just true Cape feel. Would love to go back for a longer stay'
