'For a compact space the host thought of everything that you would need for a very comfortable stay and made accommodations to suit our needs . The room was in a great shoreline location with many things to do a short drive away.'

'This place is lovely! The decor is tasteful and really brings you back in time, everything is clean, well cared for and done with a lot of thought to make your getaway exceptional. I was shocked to find picnic baskets/blankets readily available as well as beach bag/towels, bicycles and lawn games are all set up. The gardens are gorgeous and maintained nicely. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating areas. We loved our stay! Finding freshly sliced apple pie, bottled water and chocolates was a nice...

'Nice home'

'Check in was tricky as we received no information on how to get into home. Had to contact host upon arrival and wait for response. Parking was also challenging due to location on narrow street. Our stay was in winter with snow on ground. Walkway and steps to home were covered in thick ice making it nearly impossible to get to door. Beware of winter travel. Once inside, the home was cozy, clean and comfortable and we ultimately enjoyed our time there.'

'We found a hidden gem when we booked here. The water view was beautiful day and night. Appreciated the lit up path to get to the door. Inside was perfect, cozy living room area, the kitchen appliances were top notch, and the shower was amazing. Our hosts kept in contact and I will come back here when Im back to visit the area.'

'The property owner did a great job with communicating. That was the primary strength. Outside of that, this was a disappointment. While the owner did warn us, entering the driveway was dodgy. Vehicles coming around a mostly blind corner is a safety issue (one that the homeowner cannot control, but still worth mention). The unit is small as expected. We did not use the kitchen other than the microwave and for a cup of coffee. The unit is generally crowded and very tired. The ceiling is low, but...

'This is a wonderful place to stay and William, the host, is amazing. He greets you, tells you everything you need to know about staying there and even provides lovely choices for a nice continental breakfast, and coffee, tea and snacks for whenever. It's a beautiful Victorian house that has been impeccably refurbished and cared for. It's very clean and comfortable. William will make you feel right at home!'

'This was one of my favorite stays ! The property was in a great neighborhood, quiet and right next to a park. It’s an easy walk to Old Mystic. The decor is very whimsical, old timey nautical. I especially appreciated the slices of pie, coffee and creamer provided. The spa bathtub felt great after a long drive. Plenty of towels and pillows. A must stay'
