'Unfortunately, we were sent a bad entry code and couldn’t enter the home. We messaged host (no response) and called the phone number on the front door keyless entry sticker. That company no longer managed the property and we had no other contact info. Luckily the old company was able to track down the existing one and gave us a phone number. 'Check in code did not work, and it took about an hour to finally get in with a new code from a gentleman who called and was gruff and unkind. Initial view outside home was unkept- full trash on curb, mailbox overflowing, torn flag, dirty doors and walkways. Area is very rundown and unsafe feeling but two blocks away is fine but we had no trouble.
