Anglewoods is the perfect choice for your baseball tournament vacation home-away-from-home.



Central air conditioning will keep you cool and comfortable in this well-appointed home. The kitchen has granite counter tops, a triple basin sink and stainless steel appliances. There are ceramic tile floors in main areas of first floor. Bedroom #1 has ceramic tile floors, bedroom #2 & 3 have hardwood flooring. The 2 bedrooms upstairs are both carpeted.



The walls and ceilings are finished with V-groove pine boards. One of the baths on the first floor is handicapped accessible, and another bath features heated flooring and a "his & hers" shower with dual shower heads. The third bathroom on the first floor features a jetted shower with sound system. There are 3 bedrooms located on the first floor; one with a king size bed, one with a queen size bed, and one with a full size bed. On the second floor, there is a fourth bedroom with a king size bed and a fifth "railroad style" bedroom with two twin beds. There are 1.5 baths located on the second floor.



This picturesque home features a deck off the main floor and a second floor balcony, which both overlook the water. The outdoor fire pit is a lovely location for relaxation and conversation at the end of a busy day. There is a private dock for swimming and fishing, and we even provide two single kayaks and personal flotation devices (PFD's) for your enjoyment and safety. There is a game room in the basement, complete with a foosball table and a flat screen smart Roku TV.



This house is completely set up for the comfort of our guests. I am Jerry, your host. I was born and raised in Oneonta and I live in the area. I am just 15 minutes from the property and I can easily be reached at any time via call or text should you have any questions or issues. You will be greeted by me or one of my teammates at the property. We will get you registered, give you the keys and a brief orientation to the property to get you settled in.



This is a quiet, family oriented neighborhood. Please observe quiet hours after 10 pm. No parties or gatherings of any kind are allowed on the premises.



There are taxi companies in the area and the public bus, but Uber and Lyft are pretty scarce. Having a car is best to fully enjoy the area.

- A security/damage deposit hold will placed on your credit card in the amount of $500. In lieu of a credit card hold, you may pay cash at check-in.
