'Everything was great! Very clean, amazing view, within walking distance to several restaurants/entertainment venues. Our family of 5 slept comfortably with the extra pull out beds for the kids. Chris was a wonderful host and we felt welcomed the second we walked in - he was also very responsive with his communications anytime we had a questions on/off the resort. Will definitely stay with him again! Picture of breakfast on the balcony from my walk to Parlor Doughnuts!'

We spent a lot of time just sitting and watching the ocean from the balcony. Amy was quick to respond to any questions and check-in was a breeze with her instructions. 'We had a wonderful stay at this condo. We loved the location and the convenience of having the stairs so close. We were able to go down 1 flight of stairs to access the beach. We especially appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella provided by the unit. The patio views were beautiful!'

'This property was immaculate! It has the most extraordinary views and is centrally located; close to everything. The owner was so accommodating and communicative leading up to our stay. The price was so reasonable for what we enjoyed with this resort style property. Would definitely stay again!'

'This is on the 18th floor. It is a beautiful condo. The staff are all friendly and polite. The place is across the street from the beach. We enjoyed our nights on the lanai with a bottle of wine each night. Easy check in, easy check out. A great place to stay-totally recommend!'

'Spectacular views of the beach and sounds of the ocean every morning when you wake up and look out the balcony. The condo is right on the beach and the pool was perfect for the kids. All restaurants, grocery stores, and attractions were right on Highway 98 so we never had to travel far. Real Joy Vacations kept in contact from booking, to check in and check out. They answered any and all questions I had. They also have a great Guest Portal to help you navigate your stay. '
