Located in Martindale, Tx next to the San Marcos River, this beautiful home has a nice country feel. Right next to the river with kayaking, fishing, tubing or just relaxing. Close to all Hill Country attractions and events.

Walking distance from Texas state Tubes and around the corner from Don's fishing camp.

A beautiful backyard with soft patio lighting while enjoying time outside on the patio with a comfortable table & chairs also a awesome sound bar Bluetooth compatible that allows you to connect your mobile device or simply enjoy the wind chimes.
This lovely Outdoor Lover's Paradise has a beautiful fire pit great for bon fires while star gazing or s’mores making. Do you love a great country feel with a beautiful lit up area, lighting up the patio and the yard while playing washers? Then this is the place for you!
In the Fall you may see Wild Turkeys, Hogs, Foxes, Rabbits and Roadrunners in the early morning or even Longhorn in the back.

Sleeps up to 8 Home is smaller 3bed 2bath Double beds are Full beds singles are Twins. Each room includes a chair. kitchen seats up to 8 guests. We do provide chairs & patio table outside. We want you to keep in mind it may be tight at 10 guest although doable.

If You choose to use the grill please make sure You clean it after use for the next Party.
No Loud Music after 9PM
No Parties
No Fireworks at residence or around residence a $500 fee will apply if found using Fireworks. Plus any other fees for damages to Home or Neighbors Home.
No More than 4 Vehicles per HOA (over that will be Towed at owners expense)
Pet Fee $45 per night per pet 20 lbs & under.
Must pick up your pet droppings
Additional Fees will apply for missing items
Additional Fees will apply for cleanup due to negligence
Additional Fees will apply for Stains on Towels
Additional Fee of $125 hour will apply for unauthorized late check out. (please check out on time as this will affect cleaning crew and next Party Joining Us) No RVs, Campers, 5th wheels, ATVs
If You bring tent(s) and there is more guests than stated there will be additional charge of $100 per guest.
