« Staff were courteous. Room and building were clean. Bathroom was clean. It was a mobility accessible room and a sliding bench shower chair was shown in ad. However there was only a shower chair in the tub. This was barely adequate. There was a used coffee cup that had been shoved back against the wall between two pieces of furniture. If we are in the area again, we would stay here. »

The only complaint I have was that I was charged $75 extra dollars for my dog and even though the room was clean surfaces and all, it smelled of urine from the carpeting. As it was late and I was tired, I didn’t ask to change rooms. I feel like I deserve at least a partial refund of my $75 pet fee. »
