The area offers a particularly pleasant living environment, with quality shops, restaurants, cafés, markets and boutiques within easy walking distance or a few minutes' drive. You can also take advantage of the proximity of Parc Borély, the beaches, Escale Borély and the main places of interest along Marseille's coastline.

The location also makes it easy to reach Marseille city centre, the Orange Vélodrome stadium and the main roads.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private garage (small vehicles only).
