Please note that last-minute reservations made within 24 hours of the arrival date are subject to a change in the check-in time, which shifts from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
The property only accepts the number of adults specified on the reservation confirmation. Any additional guests not listed on the reservation will not be permitted to stay.

Each guest will be required to present a valid ID once the reservation is confirmed and at check-in.
This property does not host bachelorette parties, bachelor parties, or other similar events.
This property is located in a residential neighborhood, and guests are asked not to make excessive noise.
A noise policy is in effect between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Guests must leave the property in the same condition as when they arrived.

If you leave the property at a time other than the scheduled time—namely, 10:00 a.m. on the morning of the last day—without prior mutual agreement, you will be charged a late checkout fee of €55.

If the above policies are not followed, a penalty fee will be charged to guests for any damage caused to the property.
A penalty fee of €150 will be deducted from your security deposit if you smoke inside the property.
