All bedrooms have roomy closets, brand-new furniture, ceiling fans, and bedside tables. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the hallway near the bedrooms for easy access.

Parking is available for several vehicles underneath the house. An elevator provides convenient access to the main living level and makes loading and unloading luggage and groceries a breeze. There are also two exterior stairways and one interior stairway providing access from ground level to the deck.
