'I rarely write detailed reviews of lodging, however, I am writing today to say the level of care and attention taken to every detail of this stay was superior. The management was friendly, helpful and generous with their time. The room was immaculate and beautifully appointed. I arrived at around 6:00 pm to find a lovely assortment of refreshments including fine wine and an assortment of hors d'oeuvres. Somenone was on board to help with luggage. I will definitely stay at the St. Charles again.'

'Good location for access to all the Monterey Pennisula has to offer. Very quiet neighborhood with access to well known shopping brands. The house was very clean, well stocked and nicely decorated. '

'This is a great location, easy on-off to Hwy 1.Very well appointed home and gardens, amenities are good, would maybe add dressers to the bedrooms since they are all spacious and comcortable.All furniture is very nice and beds very comfy!Missed out on renting for next year, so sad'

'Walk to restaurant (a good one, and rather iconic since it's been there a very long time - I grew up in the area) & walk to coffee, ocean, but out of the way of crowds for the most part. Clean place and comfortable.'
