If I could leave 0 stars, I would. The only thing that was okay at this hotel was Mrs Wonda the night we checked in, she was super helpful and super sweet. Me and my mom stayed here. When we got in our room, we immediately smelt a horrible odor, found dead and alive bugs all in the shutters and on the windows, and even one on our bed! We thought it couldn’t get worse, so we went and unloaded the vehicle and it got extremely worse. Our refrigerator didn’t work, when we told them it didn’t work, the maintenance man supposedly left for the night and we had to store our cold items in the refrigerator in their lobby! When we went to take a shower, the bathroom had a horrible smell of body odor and marijuana mixed together, the tub didn’t drain, and it looked very very dirty. Dust was built up everywhere, plug ins didn’t work, sheets and comforter on the bed had questionable stains. The next morning, I went down to the front desk again about our refrigerator and the hispanic lady at the front desk was extremely rude, and wouldn’t tell me any details about our refrigerator or our food that was in their fridge! I went back up to our room and got my mom, she went down there, the lady told her the maintenance man was going to walmart to get us a new refrigerator, it however was not a new refrigerator, it had rust and barely worked!
