Holiday Apartment "Set Residenz Bun Sté" with Mountain View, Whirlpool, Sauna & Balcony

Set Residenz Bun Sté is located in San Vigilio di Marebbe, known for its unique views of the Dolomites, green meadows, and untouched forests. The name of the residence is Ladin and means "good stay." The region is the ideal place for mountain holiday lovers. The location of the apartment offers numerous leisure opportunities, from mountain bike trails to the slopes of Dolomiti Superski, from forest walks to high-altitude climbing. The modernly furnished apartment extends over two floors and features a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms (one of them open), accommodating up to six people. Amenities include Wi-Fi, SAT-TV, and an infrared sauna. For families with children, a baby cot and a high chair are available.



On your balcony, equipped with garden furniture, you can start an eventful day with a wonderful panoramic view and a delicious breakfast. On the shared rooftop sun terrace, you can relax in the whirlpool (use for a fee) or unwind on the loungers. There is also a communal garden with barbecue, table tennis, and trampoline, as well as an additional fitness room.



This centrally located apartment is only 100 meters from the ski slope and the Kronplatz valley station; the cable car takes you directly to the ski area. You can reach the center after a 10-minute walk (900 meters). There you will find numerous restaurants, cafés, bars, and a supermarket. Brunico, the main town of the Puster Valley, is 20 minutes away by car (17 km). The Three Peaks Nature Park is about an hour away.



Parking spaces and a garage for your car are available. Cleaning is included. There is a ski storage room. Pets are limited to one dog.
