Four bedroom two bath home on the water! Located in a fantastic neighborhood less than a mile to beaches and restaurants. This house has all the modern amenities you would hope for while on vacation. This is a single level home with a modern design and open floor plan and is full equipped with all the comforts of home. House has a great layout for families with small children to be close but not too close. There are two bedrooms on either side of the home giving everyone their own space. Also, there are bikes and a tabletop video game with 60 vintage games to keep the kids busy!

Everything was great for our weeklong stay in Marco Island. The pool temp was heavenly and the house was immaculate. Mike is excellent with communication. Responded immediately to any questions. Would 100% rent again!!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our spring break in Marco and stay at the house. The 4BR house was perfect for our two families (total of 7) to stay in with plenty of space. Kids (and adults) enjoyed the arcade game table. Pool was awesome and used daily - loved the heat! Used the beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, boogey boards, and bikes every day as well! Owner was very proactive in communicating about the ice/water which was appreciated, and responded immediately to any questions. I would recommend highly to other families!

Fabulous week in Marco! The house is in a great location and very clean. Lots of fun supplies (bikes, paddleboards, boogie boards, beach chairs, etc). Host was great! Very accommodating and prompt communicator. Easy check in/out process. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful stay we had at this place! We stayed from February 14 until March 14 and from start to finish we had a wonderful stay. I have spine issues and I am always worried about staying in someone else’s bed. The bed was very comfortable and my spine and stenosis did great!! I would highly recommend staying here. The pool was nice and warm and did my laps several times a week. If you like to walk this is a very walkable area and easy to do my four miles daily. Great park not far that I would suggest anyone to walk to. The owls are fun to see out and so many good places close by to eat or stay in watch tv and fix your meal. This was our home for a month and we treated it as such. I would recommend this place to anyone, you will not regret it. They had bikes to use and we took beach chairs from the garage and enjoyed time at the many beaches around. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.Sharon AOhio

The pictures need to be updated! We chose this home because we traveled with my disabled parents so we knew we would be spending most of our time in the lanai area. The listing shows a clear view of the canal, but there is now a pier with a boat lift, boat and large plants inside the lanai that obstruct the view of the canal. Not to mention the lanai area is run down. There is a Not to mention the lanai area is run down. There is a screen missing, there are weeds growing from the top of the lanai, it's rusted and broken. The pool is much smaller in person and also is run down. The tiles are broken and the bottom plaster is missing the grill we could not use because the writing is wore off so we could not see to turn the knobs on. Also, there is no water hooked up to the refrigerator because the host said the water is not good to drink there so we had to buy a case of water and ice every day. There was a water cooler there, but it was empty, and I reached out to the host and he told me to just unplug it. And there was a portable icemaker, but you could only fill two glasses of ice and there was six of us. For the price we paid we expected more..

Great host, great communication and very accommodating. House is packed with a lot of additionals such as bikes, beach chairs, beach towels, sunscreen, medicine etc - even though we brought our own it was great to know it was there in case of any emergencies. The property was also clean and beautiful.

Residence was exactly as advertised and the host is wonderful to work with. The residence was very clean with tremendous sleeping capacity. The pool area was great for the kids to float as well as lay out for sun on the dock. Bikes allowed for convenient trips to the beach / ocean or for local restaurants. And the host was the absolute best to communicate with.

Perfect for family vacation

This was a perfect place for our three generation family vacation. The pool was great for adults and kids and hanging out. Well-equipped with beach chairs, pool toys, bikes and plenty of towels. Host was excellent…proactively contacting us before, during and after to provide info and helpful recommendations about the area and see how we were doing. Six adults and two young kids all had a great time.

relaxing family beach vacation

This house was amazing and perfect for my family! We took full advantage of all the amenities, especially the bikes and pool! Some suggests I have to improve for the next person is putting lights on the bikes, bike lock code, check the electrical because half the outlets didn't work, sliding glass door in back didn't lock and had some ants. Would recommend to anyone to stay here, it was beautiful and so close to the beach!

Awesome trip!

Fantastic stay! We spent two full weeks here with my parents, husband, and two kids (1 and 3). My parents spent an additional 2 weeks and invited my aunt and uncle. There was plenty of room for all of us. The house had everything we needed, especially for traveling with two young kids (pack n play, high chair, beach wagon). The pool was perfect, rooms were spacious, and kitchen had all that we needed. We loved getting to use the bikes and having a short ride to the beach. The neighborhood was calm and quiet. We enjoyed being on the water, and even saw some dolphins in the “backyard.” Mike was super responsive and accommodating. If you’re looking for a spacious, comfortable house in Marco, we highly recommend!

Perfect family Christmas

House was clean, well stocked with everything you could possibly need! We had 7 adults and had plenty of room, we didn’t feel smashed into a small space at all! The weather was a bit chilly the first couple days we were there but the pool was warm and relaxing. The bikes were great to ride around the very nice neighborhood. Location was perfect! Very short drive or about a 15 minute walk to the beach.The best part of this whole experience was the host! Mike’s communication was informative, attentive and very kind. If having doubts on this property, don’t worry! It’s perfect!

My family & I enjoyed our trip to Marco Island for Thanksgiving week. We spent most of our time outside relaxing by the heated pool—it was sunny all day, warm for swimming & sunbathing with a nice covered lounge area for reading in the shade. The house was perfect for accommodating our group. The primary bedroom & the room with the twin beds was on one side of the house with a shared bathroom which my family used. On the opposite side of house were the other two bedrooms & second bathroom that my adult sisters shared. The kitchen was well appointed & had everything we needed, even for heating/serving a catered Thanksgiving dinner! Our only disappointment was access to the beach which isn’t the fault of the property but rather the city itself. This was our first time on Marco Island so we didn’t realize how hard it is to see and get to the beach. Residents Beach (which is right down the road from the house) is private and not accessible to guests of the house. There was a public access point further south but was a little far for a daily stroll. We ended up using the public parking lot across from the beach access most days which wasn’t ever full since we were just before peak season and it worked fine. There were lots of beach chairs & accessories available for use in the garage. Bikes too! Mike was a generous & gracious host, offering suggestions to restaurants & activities for us to enjoy. Overall a wonderful stay!

Spring break trip

We stayed at this house for 5 nights with our 3 kids. We had a great experience. The kids absolutely loved the pool and the house was the perfect size for all of us. We also enjoyed using the bikes and really appreciated all of the beach equipment available for use. Mike, the owner, was super responsive and helpful with all of our questions. Definitely recommend this property for anyone planning a trip to the island!

Great get away

The property was exactly as described on the website - very clean, nicely decorated, great lay out, wonderful pool/patio space. Michael was an excellent host - he checked in ahead of time to answer questions and gave recommendations for things to do during our stay. He was also available for questions while we were there (though we really had no issues pop up during our stay as everything was in great shape for us.) Would absolutely stay here again!

Modern, clean and comfortable

I recently rented this house for a week while I was visiting Marco Island with my two adult children. The house looks just like it's pictures; modern, updated and clean. We spent most of our time sitting out by the pool. The house is on a quiet street. Everything went well and we had a lovely time.
