The dining room table, with seating for eight, sits beside an arched wall leading to a kitchen with two separate counters and all the modern appliances you need to prepare everything from a family dinner to a tray of snacks to bring out to the lanai. The guest bedrooms give you plenty of closet and draw space and offer windows that open to the warm, fragrant winds blowing off the canal. The master suite comes with an en suite bathroom that features ample closet space, a walk-in shower and a bathtub beside a bed of lush plants.
The house is as comfortable as it is stylish, with air conditioning and heating and plenty of ceiling fans. For your entertainment, it also comes with free wi-fi, cable and televisions in both living rooms.
