Very relaxing and close to everything
The house is very close to the beach. The pool was great and we enjoyed fishing from the dock.
The kitchen is nice and the living space is large for a group of multiple people.
It’s worth noting, if you have anyone in your group that struggles with stairs, the house does not have handrails on the stairs to the front of the house or the stairs to the pool. The stairs are manageable, was just a little uncomfortable.

Fantastic property!
We've been coming to Marco for over 25 years so know the island quite well and this property is in the absolute ideal location! We were able to walk to shops, restaurants, and public access to the beach. The house itself was extremely clean and accommodated our family of 6 perfectly. We would definitely come back to this property!

Another excellent Marco island trip
Our stay was great as usual. We love and are very familiar with Marco Island. We have been going there over 15 years now. This home is in a perfect location. It’s a block and a half from multiple restaurants, movie theater, ice cream shop and more. The beach is two blocks away. The house is spacious, the pool is bigger than I expected. Clean, all the amenities and then some. No complaints, even saw dolphins in the canal outside the house.

Wonderful Home!
This is a wonderful home for a family interested in spending time in Marco. The home is three blocks from a beautiful beach. There are beach chairs, towels, a wagon and toys to play with. Our kids loved splashing in the pool and riding bikes around town. The kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed evenings on the patio. The management company was attentive and easy to work with. We will absolutely be back! This is a comfortable and beautiful property!
