Apollo just a short drive from Ft. Myers, Florida, Regional Southwest Airport. At Apollo on the Beach, unit 706, you'll have your own private balcony with southwest exposure, allowing you to relax and take in the beautiful sunsets night in and night out! Take in the unobstructed views of Marco Island's beautiful white sandy beaches. Unit 706 is a 1 bed 1 bath, WiFi, flat screen TVs in both the living room and bedroom. re-decorated throughout! Fully equipped kitchen to cook up your favorite meals. The Sunset Grille, voted 'best happy hour' on the island, is located on the ground floor. The Apollo is the only condo on Marco Beach that has the convenience of a restaurant on the premises!

You'll find excellent restaurants in Marco and Goodland, a unique near-by fishing village. The Marco Movie Theatre serves food while you're viewing the latest movie. Many restaurants will prepare your fresh catch. Rose Marina offers boat rentals for cruising or fishing, a narrated lunch or dinner cruise around the island and Key West Excursions. For relaxation, soak up the sun with a good book or go shelling while walking on the beach. If your daily routine includes exercise, then try the Apollo exercise room, rent a bike, scooter or wave runner, putt around on a near-by golf course, snorkel or dive, jet-ski or parasail. We stayed at this beautiful beachfront condo on the southern end of Marco Island for the majority of our vacation, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The location was ideal—right on the beach with stunning sunset views every evening. It was also just steps away from one of the best shelling beaches we visited during our week-long shelling trip. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and ending each day with a walk along the shoreline. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Marco getaway

The Apollo is a great place to stay although our unit could have been better organized. After staying at quite a few different VRBO rentals I can definitely see the difference between a personally owned property and a realtor owned property. This rental was clean and somewhat updated but there was random mismatched silverware, 3 beach towels, no place to put your personal items/clothes, etc. All the bedroom drawers were filled with extra bed linens. Very disorganized. The dish and hand soap was watered down and there was some mold in the fridge. I love Marco and have been many times so I will come back, just not to this unit.

Location, Location, Location!

What a beautiful place to call home for a few days. Amazing sunsets, watching dolphins from the balcony, great food at the onsite restaurant, just perfect for a family getaway. This lovely unit looks recently refreshed, and had almost everything we needed (some new pillows would go a long way, and there was nothing to hand wash dishes with) and we will absolutely book this unit again!

Great location but needs some attention

This condo was nice and would have received 5 stars, but it needed some updates and guest essentials. The mattress was lumpy, only 2 thin towels, super cheap coffee maker, no hand soap, no dishwasher soap, and one roll of thin toilet paper for the week. The location was great, and the condo itself was cute, but little was done for guest comfort and convenience.

We enjoyed our second year at the Apollo. It's a great location with access to the beach and Sunrise Grill. Our bed was a little soft, but we got through it.

Great Location

The unit is Beachfront and walking distance to fine restaurants. It was clean, with brand new beach chairs, and reserved covered parking. There was comfortable furniture and plenty of towels. The heated pool was never crowded and had plenty of lounge chairs available.

The property was clean and comfortable as described with excellent views of the gulf. We just happened to pick the coldest week in southwest Florida in many years. The temperature finally warmed up to enjoy the beach.

Awesome view, great location, and well equipped

The location is great with a perfect view of the beach. We saw plenty of dolohins and birds right from the balcony, which is also a great place to watch the sunset. Everything we needed was there, uncluding a washer and dryer accross the hall. An outdoor closet full of beach chairs and kids sand toys allowed us to hit the beach immediatley "fully equipped". Really great restaurants of all kinds are nearby, including the grill downstairs. We have rented condos and beach houses all over the world and we would come back to this one if Marco Island is our destination.

What we liked - Location and beautiful view - Great check-in experience - Kitchen was well furnished - Closed to Doreen’s restaurant Opportunities to improve: - Shower did not have strong water pressure - Couch and extra blankets smelled dirty - Bed was not comfortable We would come back to the same building but we would probably look for a different apartment.

Excellent and relaxing place to stay

The Apollo was an excellent place to go for a relaxing vacation. Marco Island is wonderful, relaxing, fun, and has great restaurants. We heard some excellent local music at the Italian Deli, a great place to hear music and go for a drink. Our unit was very clean and perfect for us. It had everything we needed and also had beach gear. The balcony view was wonderful and made you feel like you did not need to go anywhere. The sunsets were beautiful and the pool and beach were great! Highly recommend it, especially for a couple looking to relax. The Apollo was wonderful and the people at the desk were very friendly.
