San Marco Residences has the setup, but most importantly, the location you need for your next vacation! Located directly across from 1 of only 4 public beach access points, the complex offers all guests the direct beach access everyone desires. Take advantage of that beach access without having to pay those beachfront prices! On top of that access, the complex is located just a half block north of the newly finished J.W. Marriott!!!

Voted America's most desirable island destination, Marco Island is the largest of Florida's Ten Thousand Islands, located on the Gulf of Mexico in Southwest Florida. It has been described as Magical, Mystical and Alluring. The attraction is tropical sun-washed white beaches and a casual easy paced life style. Sunshine, frolicking dolphins, and all of the water and sun sports that go with the beaches are available for your pleasure.

Attention Renters - Throughout the summer 2024 the building will be going through an exterior painting project. It is expected to take roughly 3 months to complete barring any weather delays. Prep work for this project will begin right around April 22nd and work set to commence May 1st on the east side of the building. Thru time guests can expect work and workers present around the building and potential for noise while occupying a condo.

The accommodations and location of the place were excellent. However, the cleanliness left something to be desired as the pillows were all yellow-stained and had an unpleasant smell. The closet in the bathroom also had an old, musky odor. we had to go to purchase pillows and bed linens. It seemed like the owner still kept clothing items and shoes in the premises. some of the drawers had clothing inside and there were shoes in the closet

Unhealthy conditions but great location

This unit was not updated probably since the 90s. That was not the problem. Just because you don’t have an updated unit does not mean that you cannot keep it in good condition. The owner has way too much of his “stuff” laying around in random drawers. That I can get over, but the fact that there was black mold in many areas of the bathroom…. supposedly the place was professionally cleaned. Even to do the minimal things to that unit , replacing Hardware, replacing a microwave that has a broken handle and a refrigerator that was from the 90s as well. Just some things to spruce up the place a bit. It probably would’ve been a good idea to have the lights cleaned above the kitchen From the dead flies that gather. I just can’t get past the black mold and uncleanliness of the air vents and ceiling above them! The best thing and only thing was the location to the beach across the street. I surely don’t ever want to give bad reviews, but take more pride in your condo. It’s in a beautiful area.

The condo was as described, and in a fantastic location directly across from public beach access. We enjoyed mornings on the beach and afternoons in the pool at the condo. The accommodations were perfect for 3 people, and they were very clean. Highly recommend!

Perfect getaway!

This cute apartment was a couple minute walk to the beach and tons of restaurants close by. Anything and everything we needed was stocked here from coolers and chairs to bikes and golf clubs. Loved our stay here, the island and people were great! Apartment was a little outdated but for the convenience of location and price can't complain.

The property is in a great location and there are plenty of amenities. The building is nice and secure. The only thing we didnt like is the matress on the bed as well as the matress on the pullout had to be 20 years old. They were caved in and offered very little support. If they updated the mattresses it would change things drastically. We had 4horrible nights of sleep as a result.

Dingy. In need of updating. Cabinets, closets, and drawers filled with junk. Had a hard time finding washcloths. Found 4, had to launder them before I could use them. Won’t stay here again. And won’t recommend

Very convenient and perfect beach access!

We were very pleased with this condo. It had all of the necessities and easy access to the beach! It was adequately supplied with beach chairs and a small water cooler that we used 😊. We were right next door to the laundry facilities. It was nice and clean. Beautiful outdoor furniture. Nice natural light and we loved the open floor plan. I was able to cook and enjoy time with my family on the patio or in the living room. Great communication and easy check in. Thank you for a pleasant experience and an overall perfect condo.
