Super endroit, hôtes adorables. Petit bémol à cause de l’humidité ( même avec un extracteur).
Appartement de trois pièces avec un super extérieur avec table et transats qui donne sur une magnifique vue. Les hôtes sont adorables et nous ont laissé des fruits (merci). Le village est superbe. Petit bémol à cause de l’humidité régnant à l’intérieur (heureusement il y a une machine dans la chambre qui extrait beaucoup d’eau!). Et la salle de bain-toilette est minuscule.

L'appartement de Gianna est agréable, bien agencé, très calme et reposant, avec un jardin, une magnifique vue sur les collines, dans un sublime village de ruelles en pierres. Les lits sont très confortables.

Très calme et agréable, en particulier le jardin et la belle vue. Gianna nous accueille avec un beau plateau de fruits et est restée toujours disponible pour nos questions, avant et pendant le séjour.

Petit coin de paradis
Nous avons trouvé le village et l'appartement très agréable. De la tranquillité simplement troublée par la visite de quelques chats en quête de caresses. Merci à Gianna pour son accueil, ses conseils et son superbe gâteau. Je recommande vivement ce petit coin où il fait bon vivre. Sinon l'isola Elba est bellissima avec de superbes plages.

Location très sympa
Nous avons passé une très belle semaine sur l'Ile d'elbe. Le logement est petit mais très pratique et au milieu d'un très joli village. Gianna nous a fait un très bon accueil et nous avons beaucoup apprécié le plateau de fruits à notre arrivée. Le seul point noir: le parking. Compliqué et cher ( surtout si fourrière...)

Urlaub im Bergdorf
Schöne Umgebung, schön renovierte Wohnung. Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war umständlich, aber freundlich. Die Wohnung ist, wie angegeben klein. Feuchtigkeit war ein Problem, das man mit einem Lufttrockner verbessern konnte.

Nice place to stay in Poggio
We had a great time in Poggio and Elba - we got around by bus and by foot. The walk down to Marciana Marina takes about an hour and we took the bus back up the hill. The apartment itself was spacious and had great amenities, but was a bit damp and had no air circulation.

Komplikationsloser und sehr netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin, die uns sogar ein Schale mit Obst zur Begrüßung bereitgestellt hatte. Die Wohnung ist bezaubernd, sowie die Lage in diesem urigen Bergdorf mit Terrasse und dem Blick in die Landschaft.

proprietari attenti e posto meraviglioso
l'appartamento è situato a ovest in una zona tranquilla. Pranzi e cene meravigliose all'ombra del maestoso pino e per finire in bellezza la serata sdraiarsi sul terrazzo sottostante a guardar luna e stelle. Ogni giorno dalle 8.30 alle 9.30 arriva il fruttivendolo, il fornaio c'è 8-10 e poi per qualsiasi cosa si abbia bisogno c'è Marciana. Proprietari meravigliosi e attenti a farci star bene senza dimenticare che l'abbiamo trovato pulito e ben attrezzato.lo consiglio!Rosella

Süße Wohnung, leider feucht
Wunderhübsch gelegen mit toller Ausstattung in der Küche, süßem Freisitz davor - eigentlich ein zauberhaftes Appartment, wäre da nicht die Feuchtigkeit. Wir sind wieder abgereist, haben in gegenseitigem Einvernehmen die Buchung storniert.

Schönes Bergdorf
Poggio ist ein wunderschönes kleines Bergdorf mit tollen Aussichten und 3 guten Restaurants. Die Unterkunft war zweckmäßig, jedoch funktionierte der Gasherd trotz kurzer Reklamation bis zum Schluss nicht richtig. Die Lage ist nur für Personen mit wenig Gepäck und/oder sportliche Personen geeignet. Leider gab es aus familiären Gründen auf Seiten der Vermieterin keinen Check-In mit Einweisung, die hilfreich gewesen wäre. Toller Blick von der Terrasse nach Marciana.

Fantastico soggiorno!
La casa è minuta ma dotata di tutto il necessario per vivere in comodità. La vista di cui si può godere è favolosa, soprattutto la sera, mentre si mangia sul tavolino fuori. La comunicazione con l’host è stata precisa, puntuale e molto cordiale. Inoltre Poggio è un paese davvero carino e suggestivo. Torneremo sicuramente. Consigliatissima

Probleme leider im Preis inbegriffen
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, eigentlich, aber wir hatten drei große Probleme: Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr kompliziert, kurz vor der Anreise, teilte man uns lapidar mit, dass in der Wohnung ein Luftentfeuchter steht, der immer laufen müsse. Wir konnten aufgrund der Betriebsgeräusche nur schlecht schlafen und wollten einen Teil der Miete zurückhaben. Darauf ging die Vermieterin gar nicht ein. Am vierten Tag hatten wir einen Wassereinbruch in der Küche wegen eines überlaufenden Tanks. Zwei Stunden mussten wir das Wasser wegschippen. Danach war die Wohnung noch feuchter. Wir raten aufgrund dieser Erfahrungen von dem Objekt ab!

Ich hatte Herrn Ralf gebeten, den Luftentfeuchter einzuschalten, wenn er das Haus verließ und nicht den ganzen Tag.. Da Wasser ausgelaufen war, schickten wir sofort den Klempner und ein Mädchen zum Trocknen des Bodens. Herr Ralf vergisst, dass er für eine Person gebucht hatte, aber er hat einen Freund mit dem gleichen Betrag mitgebracht. Er musste die Wäsche mitbringen, stattdessen benutzte er unsere und zahlte nichts. Er hatte 2020 gebucht (das Jahr, in dem wir die Anzahlung nicht zurückerstattet haben), er fragte, ob er die Buchung für dieses Jahr verschieben könne, ohne die Anzahlung zu verlieren, und wir haben ihn zufrieden gestellt. Schlechte Erfahrung !!

Magic Poggio
Poggio is a really beautiful village in the mountains of Elba island, it's a great spot to stay cool during summer and enjoy the beaches around the island. The apartment has a great view with a beautiful terrace, to enjoy your meals. It's a 2 communicating bedrooms apartment. It's very practical to cook in the full equipped kitchen only oven is missing but has a microwave and washing machine. Make sure you get miss Poggioli number (the one on the website it's to not up to date) before arrival because the streets are not clear on Google maps, so that you can call her and she will guide you there. The bedsheets and towels are not included, they can be rented from the owner upon request. I loved my staying in this apartment, hopefully will come back soon!

A mini haven of peace
Poggio is a beautiful, authentic and peaceful hilltop town with stunning views and Gianna’s house is the perfect oasis for a quiet getaway. The apartment is spacious and comfortable but the garden is the cherry on the cake with a gorgeous view of the picturesque town of Marciana. Gianna was very helpful and accommodating. We had a lovely stay, would definitely recommend.

Meravigliosa e accogliente
La casa è pulita e ordinata ed è fornita di tutto il necessario. Il paesino è davvero molto carino, caratteristico e tranquillo di sera, inoltre permette di raggiungere in macchina tutti i punti di interesse dell'isola. La proprietaria accogliente e disponibile. La consigliamo sicuramente!!

Posto accogliente ma scomodo
La casa è carina, in pieno centro e immersa nel verde, perfetta per 4 persone. Tuttavia è situata in una posizione per nulla facile da raggiungere (magari se fossimo state accompagnate dall’host in persona anziché seguire le sue indicazioni solo tramite telefono sarebbe stato molto più agevole). Inoltre l’abitazione non dispone di parcheggio privato ed essendo anche la cittadina in se (Poggio) poco attrezzata da questo punto di vista abbiamo dovuto lasciare ogni notte la macchina sulla piazzola di un tornante (Posizione quindi non sicura nè per noi da raggiungere nè per la macchina, oltre che distante circa 10min da casa, ma non c’erano alternative).

Vacanza rilassante in un paesino di altri tempi.
L’Elba è meravigliosa e vissuta a Poggio diventa speciale. La casina dove abbiamo alloggiato è piccola ma ha tutto quello che serve, compreso uno spazio esterno dove rilassarsi e godere del silenzio della valle.

perfekte Idylle
Wir haben eine Woche in Giannas Ferienwohnung in Poggio verbracht und jede Sekunde genossen! Wer im Urlaub Ruhe sucht, ist hier richtig. Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, aber sehr gut ausgestattet. Im Sommer bleibt sie auch bei hohen Temperaturen angenehm kühl. Ein riesiges Plus ist der Sitzplatz vor dem Haus und das kleine Gärtchen (fast schon im Grünen) mit Liegestühlen eine Etage tiefer: Die Blicke über den Nachbarort Marciana, die Kastanienwälder und die Berge sind wunderbar. Poggio ist ein sehr hübsches, idyllisches Dorf, die Bausubstanz noch quasi die gleiche wie vor 200 Jahren. Großartig der Dorfplatz (mit Panoramablick über das Meer) mit Pizzeria La dolce vita und Trattoria La Sciamadda; beide sehr zu empfehlen! Poggio ist ein idealer Startort für Wanderungen im Monte Capanne-Gebiet. Zu den Stränden muss man natürlich viele Kurven fahren; aber sie sind es wert... Erwähnt werden sollte, dass die Wohnung nur zu Fuß über diverse Treppenwege zu erreichen ist. Man sollte also nicht mit dem ganz großen Gepäck anreisen. Kurz: Wir werden ganz sicher irgendwann wiederkommen!

Wunderbare Idylle im Bergdorf Poggio
Wir haben Ende August eine Woche in der wunderbar ruhigen und erholsamen Wohnung genossen, die geräumig ist mit gut ausgestatteter Küche, massig Stauraum und bequemem Bett. Besonders herrlich ist die Stimmung bei Sonnenuntergang auf der Terrasse mit Blick in die satt grüne Bergwelt. Poggio selbst ist unglaublich stimmungsvoll mit verwinkelten Gassen, leckerem Lokal und einer super schönen Piazza mit Blick aufs Meer, ideal am Abend. Parkplätze sind am Ortsrand, man kann nicht direkt zur Wohnung fahren, aber das ist alles machbar. Der Kontakt und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin waren sehr gut, schnell, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Absolute Empfehlung!

La signora Gianna è stata sempre disponibile e molto gentile. L’appartamento si trova in un paesino molto tranquillo e silenzioso. I parcheggi in loco non sono molti ma con un po’ di pazienza si trovano. L’appartamento è grazioso e il letto molto comodo. Grazie ancora di tutto!

Zum Wohlfühlen!
Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in Poggio. Poggio ist ein sehr schönes und gemütliches Dorf, das noch nicht von Touristen überlaufen ist und zum Verweilen einlädt. Auf dem schönen Dorfplatz gibt es nette Möglichkeiten zum Einkehren, und man hat einen faszinierenden Ausblick. Unsere Wohnung war für uns genau richtig und hat uns gut gefallen. Wir waren mit zwei Kindern unterwegs und kamen mit dem Platz gut aus. In den Morgenstunden und abends haben wir die Ruhe auf der Terrasse genossen. Unsere Vermieterin, die nicht vor Ort war, hat uns aus der Ferne gut betreut und stand für anfallende Fragen zur Verfügung. Vielen Dank!

Un angolo grazioso di tranquillità
Graziosa casetta confortevole, accogliente molto ben attrezzata e curata, un angolo di tranquillità in collina con vista nel verde del bosco fresco ideale per staccare dal caos di città, sita nel caratteristico paese di Poggio completamente pedonale. Ai piedi del Monte Capanne e a pochi chilometri dal mare permette di fare una vacanza davvero varia. In particolare la disponibilità e gentilezza della proprietà la Sig.ra Gianna che risponde e gestisce in modo corretto alle richieste ed esigenze ti fanno sentire sempre seguiti e mai trascurati.

Quiet appartment in nice village
We spent one week off-season in Poggio. Nice quiet village, nice people. The owner is very nice and friendly, and so are the neighbors, especially if you speak italian, but they also speak english. The appartment is exactly as described, with a private table and lounge chairs. The village is pedestrian-only, the minimum distance you have to walk for unloading is felt 200 meters and height feeling like a 3 story house. For daily parking, it is more like 5 min with stairs leading up and down. Lots of cats along the way, all in good shape and well fed. Three nice restaurants in the village, with special food ‚genovese style‘ in Sciamadda. A walkway up to Mone Capanne starts directly behind the village, climbing up hiking, going down by cable car and then 20 min walking along street from Marciana. If you plan to spend all days at the beach, Poggio is probably not the best place, especially in high season when car parking at the beaches is difficult. But a very good place to make a mix of beach, hiking and touring the island.

Poggio paese unico e splendido.
Ospitalità e cortesia dei propietari, appartamento pulito e silenzioso nel contesto meraviglioso di Poggio. Zona relax esterna con sdraio e zona pranzo con tavolo e sedie sempre affacciati sul bosco. Il paese presenta numerose scale per via della sua conformazione quindi bisogna sapersi adattare quando si trasportano carichi visto che il parcheggio pubblico non è propio vicino. Le macchine infatti rimangono al limitare del paese che è tutto pedonale e quindi super tranquillo con viuzze deliziose e piazzette alberate . Grazie ancora per la graditissima frutta trovata al nostro arrivo, sentiamo di consigliare questa soluzione a chi ama la tranquillità dopo una giornata al mare.

Un'altra vacanza è possibile
Isola d'Elba splendida. Soggiorno fuori dal tempo e dalla pazza folla nel caratteristico paese di Poggio: l'appartamento della signora Gianna ben attrezzato e dalla suggestiva vista offre la possibilità di vivere una vacanza al mare con tutti i piaceri di una sosta in collina. Posto delizioso e piacevolmente familiare.
