Villa divided into two accommodations both with large outdoor spaces and views of the Gulf, surrounded by the quiet of the Sant'Andrea hill. A one bedroom apartment on the ground floor, and a small villa with two bedrooms on the first floor.

Casa Marida is an enchanting property halfway from the beaches of Cotoncello and Sant'Andrea, areas full of accessible cliffs softened by water erosion, without giving up a golden sandy beach. A gentle hill surrounded by the greenery of the Mediterranean scrub and the sea, where on the horizon you can admire Corsica, Capraia, perhaps accompanied by sunsets that take your breath away.
Cotoncello, on the other hand, is a small diamond set in the rocks, its sea a flat table with divine transparencies and its smooth granite cliff shines in the hot summer sun creating a heavenly environment.
A place full of wonders to discover, on the sides of the splendid beach you can walk along a path carved into the cliff, a unique place where you can enjoy the sound of the waves, sunbathe and enjoy the turquoise blue of the water, so clear that you can admire its seabed even in the deepest points. A microclimate, in this part of the island the temperature is temperate, allowing bathing even in the very low season. Interesting point for snorkelling lovers: posidonia, thrushes, sea bream and many other species of marine fauna and flora; near the "Le Formiche" rocks it is also easy to come across moray eels, octopus, snapper and lobsters! Let's not forget that for the more sporty, it is an ideal starting point for the Monte Capanne Group.

Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service on +39 0565963006. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at our offices in Portoferraio.
6/7 - beds villa (for a maximum of 6 adults accompanied by a child, as the seventh bed is a cabinet with bed base and single bed in the living room) on the first floor.
In terms of outdoor space, guests will be able to enjoy both a fantastic terrace overlooking the sea at the front and an outdoor space equipped with a drying rack on the side. Internally they will have an equipped kitchen separated from a large living room with double sofa bed and dining table. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, a double bedroom which overlooks the beautiful terrace and a twin bedroom. The accommodation is completed by a bathroom with shower, bidet and washing machine.

Services outside the apartment:
- equipped porch with sea view; garden furniture; courtyard; barbecue

Important Notes:
- groups of guys under 21 years of age are not permitted
- the rental must be for a maximum of 6 adults + child in the villa, and a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children in the two-room apartment
- check-in from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €30.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed, with a €30 supplement on cleaning
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
