« Good space. Clean. It is a basement unit at a home where the host lives, so there was some upstairs footsteps & activities that are heard down there. Everything was comfortable, but there’s no thermostat down there to adjust the temperature settings, do you are at the mercy of what the host has it set on.Overall good experience. »

« We had a great stay. We were there to see my son and grandson for the week. The property is in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the local restaurant. Shelly was very responsive to our inquiries. We would definitely stay there again. »

« Great location, very clean, super comfortable beds, plenty of towels, well equipped kitchen, tv with Netflix, there were some board games too. There is a nice deck and backyard with a grill (we did not have time to use but looked great!) Host is so friendly, welcoming and very quick in responding to messages. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends/family. »

We only learned there were other guests in the basement from hearing their activity, then their smoke alarm going off from a cooking incident. The keyed locks on either side of the door gave us some peace of mind for privacy & safety, but it wasn’t ideal and felt a little awkward. « Our family found this home to be a perfect home base for our stay in Alexandria. We were in town to attend a memorial service for my father at Arlington National Cemetery, and this was the perfect location: a quiet neighborhood, convenient to shopping and restaurants, and only a few minutes to Arlington. « We had an amazing stay at this gorgeous townhome. It was exceptionally clean and well equipped. The location was close to all the restaurants and fun in Old Town. Bonus was the fire pit and private backyard. Collin was a great host. Highly recommend this property! »
