House 80 m from the beach, garden, swimming pool, barbecue and Wifi Ideal for families.

Our house is located in a quiet urbanization by the sea east of Marbella and just 6 km from the center. It was built in 1970 and completely renovated with high qualities in 2016. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has a large fridge, oven and dishwasher. The living room has air conditioning and a fireplace for the colder months.
From the living room there is access to a covered porch and to the private garden which has sun loungers to relax. It has a year-round pool (about 3m in diameter) to cool off or for children to play when they are not on the beach. You can use the outdoor shower when you get to the beach, which is just a 2-minute walk away.
The house has two bedrooms with double beds (150x200) with direct access to a beautiful sunny patio in the morning, as well as two full bathrooms with heating, one of which is en-suite.
The house is equipped with satellite television and internet. The car can be parked on the street near the house normally without problem. The closest supermarket is about a 5-minute walk away.
Nearby (within a radius of 350 m) you will find numerous beach bars where you can have lunch, dinner or even have a drink.
From Costabella you can make day trips to Gibraltar, Seville, Cordoba or Granada.

Vanuit Berlin zo op het strand!

Het is een prima vakantiewoning op een ideale plek. Het enige minpuntje was dat de schoonmaak niet echt goed was gedaan. Er lagen nog veel haren in de badkamers. Verder was alles aanwezig wat nodig was. De uitrusting was dik in orde. Kortom, voor een weekje een perfecte plek.

Unas vacaciones increíbles

El alojamiento no solo cubrió nuestras expectativas, sino que las superó. Comenzando por la atención y amabilidad de Marilo y la facilidad de acceso, pues llegamos a horas intempestivas. En la casa llena de detalles, nos encantó que nos dejará fruta y cerveza. De destacar muchos aspectos. Quizá lo más agradable es tener la piscina de un tamaño perfecto (y eso que pensábamos que iba a ser más pequeña) pues al estar junto al mar la vivienda, no hace falta más. Terraza y comodidades. Únicos peros la habitaciones que tienen ventilador y que hay que andar muy poquito a la puerta de la casa. Pero desataca que es todo en un piso y además no se oye nada de tráfico. Repetimos seguro! Gracias Marilo y Tobias.

Casi todo mejorable

Que pena que por algunos detalles , algunos de fácil solución , la estancia de ser estupenda pasa a ser regular .Se hubiera agradecido que al llegar hubiera alguna persona con quien poder comentar las primeras impresiones , aunque la comunicacion telefónica no fue mala y la recogida de llaves sencilla. La limpieza muy mejorable , aunque se nos proporcionó una persona para solucionarlo ,la casa , el patio trasero, cuarto de la lavadora ect, deberían haber estado en condiciones a nuestra llegada . La ropa de cama y toallas están para renovar así como la plancha , si bien es verdad que se cambió la nevera porque no enfriaba , tardaron una semana e n solucionarlo . Por último añadir que la zona exterior delantera , porche y piscina son muy agradables y la atención de la persona de mantenimiento estupenda , no así la selección de los inquilinos de la casa vecina , porque entendíamos que no se podían hacer fiestas .

La location est très bien mais la plage était vraiment pas jolie beaucoup de travaux il faut donc prendre la voiture et aller ailleurs c’est dommage quand tu loue une maison près de la plage c’est justement pour pas aller ailleurs. Je trouve dommage de ne pas le dire lors de la réservation

Acabamos de alojarnos en esta Casa, hemos pasado 15 días con nuestros hijos de 2 y 1 año. Como he leído en algunas opiniones la limpieza inicial no es la mejor del mundo, pero tienes todo lo necesario para mejorarla. La casa está genial para unas vacaciones tiene lo necesario para vivir, está puesta con gusto para alquiler vacacional y se agradece, tiene muchos accesorios para niños, orinal, cuna de viaje, juegos, bañera…hay varios tipos de cafeteras, lavadora, secador, tostadora, menaje y utensilios. El porche es una maravilla y la piscina está genial. En general ha sido una estancia para repetir. Está a un minuto de la playa.

La ubicación de la casa no puede ser mejor. No está a más de dos minutos de la playa. La piscina es estupenda para finalizar el día de playa y la ducha exterior es otro plus. Excellent place perfectly conditioned, cared for and located.

My family and I have spent a weekend and I must admit that the experience has been incredible. To begin with, Marilo has been very attentive and has been at all times aware of any need, anticipating any possible setback.Next, the house does not lack any kind of detail, it is perfectly equipped and has everything you need to enjoy your stay, whether you decide to stay in the garden with the pool or decide to go to the beach. There is no problem when you need to park your car and it should be noted that it is perfectly connected to other areas, staying everywhere close and accessible. Thanks a lot! Great location

The location is great. Just off the highway by car and two minute walk to the beach. We arrived late at night and had some initial difficulty finding the place because we relied on GPS. When we went to Maria's pictures and instructions found the place easily with the details Maria provided through whatsapp. With our late night arrival the bottle or wine and sparkling water was very much appreciated. The house set up is great two bedrooms and two baths the towel warmers in each bath were a bonus because it was a bit chilly (Sorry I forgot to turn them off before we left) I couldn't figure out how to run the dishwasher even though there were detailed instructions in the binder. This house is great place to relax before and after spending a day on the beach. Also we went into town and we had no issues getting Uber and cost was reasonable. Excellent location for both beach and going to old town

Pretty villa in quiet zone of Marbella

This villa is very nice and located in a very quiet area in the east of Marbella and very close to the beach. Just 5 minutes by car and you go from this quiet area to every kind of attractions in Marbella or with some more time to Estepona, Fuengirola, etc. The location is perfect as starting point for a lot for one day trips. You can easily reach Gibraltar, Tarifa and beaches on the ocean, or Malaga, Nerja on the east, or Granada, Ronda and other places in the inland, depending on your interests. If you prefer the sea, in a couple of minutes you are on the highway and you can go to one of many beaches along the coast. But if you prefer not use the car, the beach in front the house is public and not crowded. There are as well good restaurants some minutes by foot. The villa is provided with everything you need for a vacation. And last but not least, Marilo' , the owner, is very kind and always available to help you in case of needs. Definitely a strongly suggested accommodation if you are thinking to Costa del Sol, good both for young people and for families (as in my case).

Unkomplizierte Unterkunft in sehr schöner Lage

Wir lieben Costabella und die verschachtelten Grundstücke. Hier ist klein und groß, alt und neu in vertraulicher Nähe gegeben. Das Haus von Marilo ist schön renoviert und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Fliegendraht im Bad und den Schlafzimmern würde ich noch empfehlen. Danke an Marilo für die schnelle und unkomplizierte Abwicklung! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
