Patio door in the room could mot close due to broken handle. Patio was dirty, ready for the guest ( no cushions on the chairs and sun beds). Buffet breakfasts was excellent as well as dinner. Friendly stuff.

Reception staff provide an excellent service from the start. Champagne as your enter, room was upgraded and was outstanding with pleasant touches like chocolate strawberries and champagne in the room. The concierge staff help meet all our requests even tho many last min which included arranging 2 golf tee times including arranging golf club hire. Beautiful spa area, salt pool with attentive bar staff. The quality of service could not be faulted. Breakfast excellent. The hotel is also on the beach. Although expensive everything about this hotel was outstanding.

I have stayed in many five star hotels around the world and nothing compares to the facilities, beach, first class service, and amenities Marbella Club has to offer. What impressed me and my family the most was the staff and restaurant. I have never dealt with kind, attentive, and professional staff like we experienced here. Everyone was so sweet, so helpful, and they cared about my two children with severe allergies which made our experience here so pleasant. The rooms were so clean, comfortable, pleasant, and perfect. We are most definitely returning next year. I don’t know why the stars only stop at five because Marbella is in a league of its own. Thank you for such a beautiful and unforgettable experience.

This place is a dream and super well designed and unique. Very close to Puente Romano. The staff are constantly going out of their way to make you feel like a rockstar. The managers really step up their game, and the small ask, I had for my room, they went above and beyond to accommodate. This is a family resort and tailors less to singles.

Fantastic
This family run property is one of the best hotels in the world. Absolutely fantastic service, friendly staff, excellent food and a great SPA. We went for two days with friends to celebrate a birthday in a casual setting. Absolutely loved our stay and we will be back. The only drawback is all tattooed Scandinavians who are frankly speaking unpleasant looking and ut of place.
