You will have access to a private outdoor area with an open terrace and two balconies. From September to mid-June, access to the pool and children's pool may be limited or unavailable. Public transport is within walking distance.



A garage parking space is provided, and there is also free parking available on the street. Pets, smoking, and events are not permitted. Cleaning service is available on request for an extra fee. Youth groups are not allowed. Parties and gatherings are prohibited, as this is a family community.
