« A bit rough and rugged. Staff were helpful with tours etc. Ordered food from the hotel and it took over an hour to come and wasn’t hot. Location not great, need to get tuktuk most places as no uber. Wasn’t the most comfortable place. »

« This small hotel was delightful.
I felt very welcomed and comfortable. I had a room with a balcony where I could sit and enjoy the view of the town and have some cool fresh air. I mustn't forget to mention the
food! It was prepared freshly and so delicious. The dahl became my addiction but everything was so good. ❤️ »

« Disappointing Experience – 2/5 Stars
I stayed at Sterling Elk Hill from 21st October to 24th October, and unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing. I would rate my stay 2 out of 5 stars.
Room service was extremely slow. I had to call multiple times for assistance and faced this issue on more than five occasions. Such delays are unacceptable for a hotel of this standard.
The checkout experience was equally frustrating. I waited for around 40 minutes for someone to collect our...
