Lobster Week Just Opened Up!

  • DIRECT OCEANFRONT, fully updated, ground floor, single-family Home; 3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths. The home is all new and beautiful!! 50 feet of deepwater dockage with immediate access to the Ocean and Gulf and a gas dock right around the corner. Amazing views of the Atlantic and beyond. Now, with a pool just steps away from the ocean.





    This carefree classic 'Keys' home is located in a very quiet, established neighborhood. There are no mobile homes, vacant lots, or trash of any kind anywhere near the home. Conveniently and centrally located with various food options, including the really good local fish market and restaurant within walking distance! 

    Sea Salt Escape has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, and sleeps up to 8. The kitchen is completely furnished with everything you will need to cook your catch! There is a large covered patio overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, with a barbecue and plenty of seating for a crowd. The pool is just ten feet away from the ocean. 

    Dock up to a 40 ft boat out your back door; water is 7 feet deep at the dock at low tide. Boat rentals are available just 3 mins away. Fishermen, we have it all! Bait freezer, cleaning table, and a grill to cook your catch! And the green light brings the fish in at night.

    Pool heat or chill is available for $200 per week. You are welcome to arrange this in

Our stay was wonderful! The outside space is so beautiful and relaxing. Everything was just as pictured. We enjoyed the pool, the grill and fishing off the dock. The views are spectacular!

From first minute excellent communication w owners - place is easy- comfortable- updated and excellent amenities- great pool- dock- pool toys - spent so much time in water and rented a boat- location made for simple docking and access to famous sand bar or lobstering at bridge - owner so quick and friendly to communicate - definitely hope to be back!❤️

We had the absolute best time. Property was fabulous. We chillaxed so much on the back porch and the pool. Only went inside to sleep. Location. Was great right in the middle of everywhere we wanted to go. House was well stocked with everything we needed. Absolutely gonna recommend to everyone

Fantastic Property & Location

The Lobster House is wonderful. We found ourselves not wanting to do many other activities because the dock was so nice. We enjoyed many hours of fishing and sunrise/sunset gazing directly on the ocean. The house is recently remodeled with great style. We enjoyed everything about the property and hope to return soon.

Perfect Location!

We had a wonderful stay! The dock was perfect for fishing, launching kayaks/paddle boards and just sitting with a drink watching the manatees and gorgeous sunsets! The deeper area in front of the dock was great for fishing/docking larger boats. Further out are shallow sea grass beds that were perfect for kayaking and paddle boarding without having to worry about boat traffic! The house was clean and had everything we needed for an awesome week in the Keys!

Nice place on the water

We enjoyed our week at this house. We had great weather and really enjoyed being right on the water with lots of outdoor seating. Hot tub was also nice. We saw manatees and a dolphin but we didn’t swim much cause we also saw what we think was a good sized shark our first day. The neighborhood is nothing special and not a great area to go for walks with the busy road but the house was very nice. Lots of great restaurants in the area too!

Wonderful Marathon oasis

Wonderful house, just as described. Had everything you could need. Kitchen well-stocked, beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed seeing Manatees right at the dock, fishing was fun. Beautiful view. Owners were very nice and responsive to a very minor issue; quickly resolved. One note: there is a small airport (non-commercial); private jets, tour helicopters, military, behind the house on the far side of the main highway. If you spend time at the house, you will notice the air traffic. Nonetheless, beautiful, comfortable property, close to tons of activities. This is a can't miss rental.
