Perfect for our family of eight. Wonderful amenities, beautiful views and close to everything. We did two days in Key West, a few days in the state parks, and spent some time enjoying the local attractions. Loved the property. Several manatee sightings in the canal which was a fun surprise.

We had a great vacation here. We loved the view and sitting by the firepit/water at night. The grill was a pleasant surprise (didn't see it listed on the amenities). The house was spacious, clean and stocked with kitchen utensils and gadgets. We enjoyed kayaking and the pool/spa. The pool/spa stopped working (pump turned off altogether) later in the week and was not fixed before we left (likely due to a passing storm and just needed to be turned back on but gate was locked). This was not a big deal for us. The only odd thing was a nosey neighbor taking pictures of our family while we were playing in the pool. Other than that, it was a great stay and we would absolutely stay here again.

Paradise View

I absolutely loved walking out the sliding glass door to the fire area to watch the ocean and enjoy the breeze. The pool was a wonderful luxury to have. The kitchen was well stocked. The only thing we and I mean all of us would change is the pillows. They are pretty hard. We would stay here again.

Great house and great location!

We had a great time in Marathon. The property was wonderful and Guy was a true professional and responded quickly to anything and everything we needed. The pool was great and the views are tremendous from the backyard. One note to anyone that might bring a boat…any boat less than 25 feet (and especially with relatively low gunwales) could present a problem at the dock. Even though tide swings are small (1-2 feet), the house is at the exposed end of the canal and gets some wind and occasionally rough water that could cause some “rash” from the dock. We figured it out with some creative placement of fenders, but it wasn’t easy. Bring extra fenders a dock lines.Overall, it was a great place and we would definitely come back. Thanks Guy! We appreciated the hospitality.

4 over 80 women had an ideal week in Marathon and at Guy's beautiful home! Everything was spotless, he greeted us at arrival to explain all house systems including hot tub. Couldn't have asked for a nicer week.

This is such an amazing property, the pictures don’t lie. Great location, convenient to stores, the boat ramp is 1 block over. Guy, the property manager was great to work with. Love this home, we will be back.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The location was ideal with gorgeous sunsets and water views. Having a pool, kayaks, hammock, fire pit, and cornhole added to the fun. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Excellent!!

Oasis By The Water!!

Overall, we loved our stay. The house was immaculate when we got there, pool and hot tub (that can be cooled or heated) was ready to go, and A/C had the house nicely cooled upon our arrival. Loved the sunsets, dinners out around Marathon, and nightly marble games around the kitchen table. Lots of space to spread out and the 3 full baths came in handy. Overall, would highly recommend this house to everyone as it offers alot of value for the cost. Great Job!

Awesome!

We loved everything about this house! Super clean, wonderfully decorated, comfortable beds and beautiful landscaping. We spent a lot of time at the pool and fishing off the dock. We even had a few manatees stop by to visit! Loved the outdoor fireplace in the evening. Perfect for our family of 6. Would definitely come back! It was hard to leave!

Wedding in the Keys

The home was stunning and had great access to all the Marathon had to offer. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood on the Gulf of Mexico side of the island. The pool and hot tub were great for my kids and the fish off the dock had us busy all day. The No-seeums were treacherous the first day or two, but with proper skin protection, candles, and incense they stayed away and we were able to enjoy the outdoors more fully. Views were amazing, sunsets gorgeous and would definitely go back.

October Getaway

Wonderful layout with group we where with. We had 8 adults on week 1 and had our family of 10 week 2. Plenty of room both weeks. Absolutely loved this place. Not a bad thing to say. Guy, we thank you so much for letting us rent this place and hope to return!!
